CallIQ is a scheduling and reception service only. Our AI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All health inquiries are redirected to qualified practitioners.

Use of Service

The service is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.

Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. No refunds for partial months except under our 14-day money-back guarantee.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription if they are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or email.

Limitation of Liability

CallIQ is not a medical advice service. For medical emergencies, callers are instructed to dial 000. We are not liable for any medical decisions made by callers or clinics.
